Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation rules are as follows:

• Full Refund: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 Hours: Cancellation eligibility will depend on the current progress of the project.

2. Ongoing Projects

If work has already commenced on your project:

• A cancellation fee may be applied to cover administrative costs.
• Partial payment may be retained by Matrix Minds Enterprises LLC based on the volume of work completed.

3. Subscription Services

For recurring or subscription-based digital services:

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your dashboard or via email.
• No refunds will be provided for periods that have already been billed.

4. How to Request Cancellation

To initiate a cancellation, please contact our support team with the following details:

• Your Order ID
• Name of Service Purchased
• Reason for Cancellation

Note: We aim to process all cancellation requests within 2–3 business days.
