1. Services

We provide professional digital services including branding, marketing, SEO, content writing, and consulting. The exact deliverables, timeline and price for your engagement are defined in the written scope or package you approve before work begins.

2. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee rankings, revenue, or business outcomes. Results depend on multiple external factors including market conditions, competition, and third-party platform changes outside our control.

3. Payments & Billing

• Payments are due in advance unless agreed otherwise
• Fees are non-refundable once work begins
• Payments are processed via secure third-party providers
• All prices are quoted and charged in US Dollars (USD)
• Recurring packages renew monthly until cancelled

Payments are processed by encrypted third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal and Square. We do not store card or bank account details on our servers. See our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for details.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and timely approvals for project progression. Delays caused by missing content, access or feedback may extend agreed delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to display work in portfolios unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems. We may suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that engagement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date, and continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance.
