• Secure Client Dashboard

2. Delivery Timeline

• Standard Services: Delivered within 3–14 business days.
• Custom Projects: Timelines are specifically defined in the project agreement.

3. Potential Delays

Delivery schedules may be impacted by:

• Missing or incomplete project information from the client.
• Major changes in the project scope after work has started.
• Unforeseen technical or third-party platform issues.

4. Revisions

We ensure client satisfaction through a structured revision process:

• Clients are entitled to 2–3 rounds of revisions (based on the package).
• Additional revision requests may incur extra charges.

5. Project Completion Criteria

A project is officially marked as “Delivered” when:

• Final files have been shared via the agreed channel.
• Necessary platform access or credentials have been granted to the client.
• The client provides a formal or informal confirmation of receipt.
